For people who still believe in the power of talent, this Oscar nominee for Best Documentary will remind you that the journey to success is paved in the growth of the spirit and not of the paycheck. Partially heartbreaking, but wholly inspiring, it shows us the journey these unsung (pardon the pun) heroes take to keep the music alive.

And that the greatest of them all -- Patti Austin, Chaka Khan, Lisa Fischer, Judith Hill, Luther Vandross -- all, at one point in their life, sang behind the fame of someone else. Five out of five stars.
