This episode is all about taking down Carter Verone, the head of a multi-something-aire illegal operation. It introduces Ludacris and Tyrese Gibson but does not include any of the others from later F&F movies.
There is still a lot of racing, but the action is small scale; the action is at least not the caliber of any of the other movies, former or latter. This one is good, partly because of the humor.
