Review of 17 Again (2009) by Brandon D — 21 Jul 2014
I'm generally a sucker for classic "what if" scenarios, and this one wasn't half bad. watching zac effon be zac effron on screen was a little bit painful, and it was a little heart-breaking to see matthew perry in such a depressing role (both on screen and off).
I think there was definitely a problem of mis-casting in this film, as almost every character felt grossly misrepresented (especially the daughter). anyways, this fits into the lowest common denominator as far as films go, but for what it was, it had some pleasant moments.
