Review of 13 Moons (2002) by Melissa H — 19 Feb 2008
A Bail bondsman (Proval) has a son he barely knows that needs a kidney transplant. The kidney is to come from a runaway drug & alcohol addict (yes that's what I said) that a two timing clown (Buscemi) and his sidekick (Dinklage)and stripper girlfriend, not to mention 3 wayward priests, and a hip-hop record producer help him to find.
Terribly ridiculous storyline, but a great cast. Hate when that happens. Michael Park's 1 line & lighting of his cigarette kicked it up a notch for me though. Just strange - and strange can be good if written well - not always written well here though and where the heck was the editing but.
..performances were memorable - so? I'll star it right in da middle.
