Watched this last night on Netflix and this movie was epic. It starts off slow, but starts building up once you get to know the characters. Great cinematography, great action? sequences and amazing swordfighting scenes.
The last 30 minutes was an assault on the senses. Definitely see it if you haven't already. Warning: there's quite a bit of blood/gore and beheading, so if you have a weak stomach, this movie isn't for you.
If you're a Takeshi Miike fan, then you'll enjoy this :).
