Review of 13 Assassins (2010) by James D — 15 Oct 2011
The cinematography of this film is breathtaking. If you can handle a lot of on-screen violence, this film is definitely worth watching. Some great contrasts between almost obsessive realism and cheesy visual puns, play off with similar effects with the acting make for a timely reminder that, yes it is a film.
I thoroughly enjoyed this film and will most definitely be watching it again.
