Made by guilty white people for guilty white people. 12 Years a Slave is too confident in itself. In all fairness it can be because everyone behind it knew no one would have the balls to talk bad on the movie in fear of being called racist.
I've met people who literally praise the movie even though I know for a fact they didn't even watch it.
