Review of 12 Angry Men (1957) by Charlie S — 06 Jul 2014
One of the best films of all time, Sidney Lumet's 12 Angry Men is an absolute masterpiece. The film is striped of a lot of elements of general storytelling: the entire film takes place in one room and you never know anyone's name.
Despite this, the film moves quickly , stays intriguing , and actually makes you care- not only for the boy on trial, but also for the characters in the jurors room. 12 Angry Men is simply a triumph of good storytelling.
5/5.
