Review of 12 and Holding (2006) by Ryan T — 15 Aug 2007
The production here smacked of one of those Feature Films for Families attepmts. I don't usually have a problem with low-budget restrictions as long as they are handled with style or creativity. I found 12 and Holding to be somewhat lacking.
Scores have previously helped to either make or break a film for me. This one was goofy and bothered me the whole time. I wish it had been different. Aside from that I thought the film was decent. There were some good thoughts put into it and the children's acting wasn't bad.
