I guess this film can be excused of the idea that is it is a heap of trash because I enjoyed it a bit, and kids will laugh at the quirky situation that cruella de vil gets herself into at the end (she is turned into a cake!).
Glenn Close is hilarious like in the first, but I really didnt enjoy much about this sequel. ioan gruffard and the lady weren't top-notch actors. and some of the dialogue, jokes, accents and casting was shameful.
although we can forgive the accents. possibly.
