Review of 10,000 BC (2008) by Doris R — 11 Jan 2012
A rather strange and fantastic movie about a young man feeling wronged and his journey to manhood. The love of a woman takes him, his mentor, a boy and a reluctant companion onto a long journey over snow-covered mountains, through dense forrests right into the desert full of pre-historic dangers and monsters.
The individual performances are noteworthy although the movie itself is somewhat confusing and far fetched.
