Review of 10,000 BC (2008) by Sarah Jo B — 31 Mar 2012
This comes from the makers of Independence Day and the Day after Tomorrow. The visuals are great, and I like the story line a great deal. I have always loved epic movies set in ancient times. This follows a man and his clan who are slowly dying off because they are set in the old ways of hunting and gathering.
The wise woman also tells of what's to come. And a man who is trying to right his father's wrong for leaving the clan, and his undying love for a strange girl they found some years ago. When she is captured he goes after her, and becomes not a hunter but a leader.
