Review of 10 Cloverfield Lane (2016) by Jess_Hill — 11 Mar 2016

A surprising film that is compelling, disturbing and intriguing in equal measure. The performances are excellent, the pacing is beautifully executed, and the storyline is thoroughly engaging, with a number of moments I did not see coming.

The claustrophobic setting coupled with the heightened tension of the plot made for a gripping, if somewhat stressful experience. Much better than I was expecting, this is well worth your time. 8.
