1 Night is a wonderfully charming romance that manages to create relatable, believable characters whose authentic chemistry drives the unique storyline forward. The film features solid performances from all four of its leads, as well as a sharp script filled with quotable dialogue.
The film does an excellent job of creating an interesting dynamic between the two couples: one in the awkward age of high school, and the other in the more secure yet more hectic age of adulthood. 1 Night is a thoroughly delightful and thought-provoking drama, and is sure rank up there with romantic classics such as 500 Days of Summer and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
