Review of Winchester '73 (1950) by Andrey B — 14 Nov 2018
Come to think of it, after the viewing, it makes an impression of a great movie, which it is, actually. It may be small in the scale but the craftsmanship with which it was made gives it a serious weight.
It's action packed and with an interesting plot line with Winchester rifle being sort of a Macguffin. James Stewart coped with his character quite good, as he plays the good brother opposing to his bad brother.
