Review of The Gamers: Dorkness Rising (2008) by Alysia V — 12 Sep 2010

I watched this because my boyfriend is a gamer & he wanted us to watch it together, but I think because Iâ??m not a gamer, I was rather clueless throughout most of this movie. Aside from the fact that this is EXTREMELY low budget, I didnâ??t get any of the references and had to keep asking what was going on.

All the scenes that were supposed to be funny just werenâ??t to me, for obvious reasons. So, though this movie didnâ??t exactly appeal to me, I could see why it would to gamers. Iâ??m sure they have much more appreciation and liking for it than I could.
