Review of The Experiment (2010) by Sarah . — 28 Nov 2010
I actually came upon this movie by chance, but I looked into it because it sounded familiar. After watching the trailer I instantly recognised this as a movie based off of a true life experiment that I learned about in my psychology class. I personally find the true story fascinating, and this movie too was chillingly disturbing. The acting was well done, and the story, though it seems to have a simple premise, actually makes such a powerful point(s). There were also many minor little things that were pulled off very well - in my opinion. I'm very glad that I stumbled upon this, and I would definitely look to buy it. Be warned though, if you do watch this, it is disturbing and might not be considered "entertainment" for many of you.
What did this movie teach me? Human behaviour is fascinating.
