Review of Ronin (1998) by Freddie Z — 27 Feb 2009
This is how an action thriller should be made. None of that superhuman one-vs-all crap a.k.a. Quantum Sol-Abortion. Excellent direction of a great ensemble cast and beautiful cinematography of breathtaking south of France sets the stage for some of the best action/chase sequences of recent memory.
Not to mention the story is intricate and dialog sparse but meaningful. I get goose bumps just thinking of scenes from this movie.
