If I could give this film 6 stars I would. It is a beautifully filmed story of a Romanian immigrant father's struggle to bring up his son in rural Australia in the 60s. Eric Bana's performance is flawless.
Young Kodi Smit-McPhee will steal your heart. Richard Roxburgh's directorial debut is a masterpiece.
