Don't let the cover art that Flixster uses for Robo Vampire (AKA Zombie Vampire) fool you. That IS NOT the robotic policeman that you'll see in the film. I'm surprised someone didn't get sued over that actually.
The movie is obviously a ripoff of Robocop, but it also throws in Chinese vampires that hop around like rabbits. It's side-splittingly funny, for sure. The dub for the movie is also pretty terrible, and equally-hilarious.
The movie also can't make up its mind what it's about. It really goes all over the place with a number of different characters and never really finds a firm foothold. Heck, the robot cop doesn't even show up until the second act, if that tells you anything.
This is actually a very fun bad movie, and I highly recommend it for that reason alone. However, if you're not interested in that, you may find it just stupid.
