Review of Party Monster (2003) by Todd C — 20 Jun 2010

I liked this movie - enough to buy a cheap copy of it to be able to watch again. I thought McCauley Culkin did a great job of capturing the little boy charm of Alig, and I understand the drug scenes were actually toned down, as it was thought that no one would believe how wild the drug scene really was at this time.

I was shocked after hopping online after the movie to find out that this was a true story - somehow it escaped my attention in the 80's -.
