Fall in love with the story all over again! The music is sublime, cast is superb, the lighting takes your breath away (imagine a Rembrandt come to life), gorgeous panoramic shots. Too many other adaptations have made the love story the driving force, whereas I always felt it was the Rochester secret that made "Jane" work so well.
This director understood & had the sense to not treat it as a by-product, but the centerpiece. Beautifully done!
