Review of Exodus (1960) by Peter P — 31 Dec 2010
Good but overly long telling of the forming of the nation of Israel. Paul Newman does a great job as the leader of a group of refugees who hold a hunger strike aboard a boat to gain their freedom and then their journey to Israel and the beginnings of the nation.
The story itself is ok, but the action is kind of uneven, as well as some acting, but the jail break scene is pretty awesome.
