Review of Daughters of Darkness (1971) by Samantha S — 18 Oct 2010
Not all 70s arthouse vampire movies hail from France and Italy, as this English language Belgian co-production directed by Harry KÃ 1/4mel demonstrates. Set entirely in the beautiful Hotel des thermes in Ostend, this is a very atmospheric thriller about the ageless countess Bathory's encounter with a couple of newlyweds.
Worth a watch.
