Review of Dark Days (2000) by Marcus Y — 06 Sep 2007
A triumphant debut for Marc Singer. the story of how the film was made is nearly as amazing as the film itself. DJ Shaddow's score is fantastic and the grainy, under-exposed black and white film make this documentary raw and moving.
Proves that observational documentaries still have a place in todays mainstream cinema.
