Review of All About Lily Chou-Chou (2001) by Jason F — 28 Nov 2007

Great movie. It takes place over a few years and jumps seemingly randomly through the various times in it's character lives. It comes off a bit like the type of memories you get when you can't get to sleep or you see an old picture.

Sure it's dark, but only in hindsight (or in this case my couch). Internally for the characters the choices they make are limited, but necessary for the siltation.
