This film is about the life of a young Winston Churchill. Based on his book written during his 'wilderness years', 'My Early Life'. It starts with him as a boy and catalogues his relationship with his father and mother, Lord and Lady Randolph Churchill.
As he gets older he then joins the army and the film contains some fantastic battle scenes including the "last great cavalry charge of the Empire" and also his escape from the Boars. A magnificent film, but I am biased when it comes to all things Winston.
