Review of Yentl (1983) by Marina N — 17 May 2011
Yentl is an excellent film. It is about a Jewish girl who disguises herself as a boy to enter religious training. Barbra Streisand and Mandy Patinkin give amazing performances. The script is well written and moving.
Streisand also did a great job in her directorial debut. I enjoyed this movie because of the romance and drama.
