Review of Untold Scandal (2003) by Sean F — 09 Jul 2007
Dangerous Liasons set in 18th century Korea. I don't need to discuss the plot as you'll probably have seen Cruel intentions or have read the book. The sets are brilliant and the directing is without critisism.
The cast all manage to pull off their respective roles with nearly disgusting ease. Again, I shall refrain from critisising Hollywood, but they really need to get someone out to Korea to start taking lesson in film-making.
The leading and supporting female cast are also extremely gorgeous, which certainly helps keep the attention span high. The dialougue is excellent, and there are plenty of dirty jokes and instantly popular one-liners.
I simply can't praise this film enough it seems, so I shall stop here.
