Flawless entertainment. Beautiful love story, unapologetic violence and rainbow beamed nostalgia. Awesome soundtrack. This and Kung Fury give hope to the future of movies, not just in perfectly articulating the 80s retro-futurism that has been swelling in pop culture for so long, but in delivering believable effects and a stellar visual style that has been absent from action film for 20 years.
