This made in Canada Chuck Norris joint isn't much on the surface but Norris fans will eat it up! Canadians might enjoy it for the supporting cast including Al Waxman, Bruno Gerussi and William B Davis.
The story isn't anything special but Canon likes extra violence in their pictures so expect some out of nowhere gore.
Entertaining? yes. Good movie? Not so much. Do fans really care? Not at all.
