Review of The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things (2004) by Mark J — 24 Mar 2006
Asia Argento has done a wonderful job of acting and directing this film. It's a black comedy which reminded me of Vincent Gallo's cult movie Buffalo '66. The film centres around a small boy who is taken away from loving foster parents and given back to his young abused mother. Things get steadily worse.
Give this one a look, you won't be dissapointed.
