A very interesting and alarming look at the effects of sugar in the human diet. This is the sugar equivalent of the movie Super Size Me and follows the same example but, somehow, is more harrowing to watch.
This is definitely a wake up call for us all but sadly most are oblivious to it. Compelling viewing that will make you think twice.
