This sugar version of Super Size Me is very informative, interesting, and entertaining. There is an emphasis on the amount of hidden sugar added to "low-fat" foods and shows the effect it can have when consumed too much.

We also learn that it's not necessarily the amount of calories that is necessarily important, but the types of calories. Add in Damon Gameau's quirky humor and style and you yourself a documentary worth an hour and a half of your time.
