This movie is beyond fucked up.
You see a pregnant girl tied to a chair, then she gets the shit slapped out of her face. Then the killer throws her on the ground and stomps on her stomach until her water breaks, and he kills her along with the baby. These kinds of "snuff" films are really well done, but really fucked up. Unless you're really into gore, and tourture, stay far away from this movie.
