Review of Skellig (2009) by David Ray G — 15 Oct 2010
This movie reminded me of something else so intensely, but I'm having a really hard time remembering what that was. It felt like a deja vu. But in a good way.
The story was beautiful and sweet, the characters very appealing, the impact sensed. Tim Roth wonderful as always, with Skye Bennett and Bill Milner's performances bringing the film to life. A story of friendship and hardships and miracles and identity. Nothing uber-phenomenal or memorable, but it is quite nice.
