Review of Return of the Secaucus Seven (1980) by Joe B — 26 Sep 2010
Truly one of the first indie films of the 80's and the film that The Big Chill owes a huge debt to, viewed now the film is exceedingly quaint and an admirable effort from John Sayles who would go on to grow into a fine director with a good vision.
Here everything is a bit loosey-goosey...and if that's your cup of tea...so be it. For me...it was all talk and no spark.
