Review of Perkins' 14 (2009) by Jeff R — 28 Mar 2009
Afterdark Horrorfest III.
Movie 8 of 8.
Perkins 14 is the scariest of the 8 films from afterdark, so the only films I liked in the series were this one, Dying Breed and Autopsy. The Broken I did not like that much. At age 6 Ronald Perkins heard his family get murdered so he becomes mentally unstable, Later on in his life he kidnaps 14 people and brainwashes them to cult like methods who have one thing in their mind: To Kill for Mr. Perkins. Perkins 14 does not bore, or go off it's pacing one bit. The acting is so-so, it was a bit melodramtic on the girl playing the daughter of the policeman she needs acting lessons big time.
4/5.
