A film about poetry was always going to need itself to be poetic and Jarmusch delivers. The beauty, the patterns and peace omnipresent in banal, monotonous normality are all the subjects of this film, and presented without schmaltz.
Driver's performance is the inspirational core of a film which couldn't be more timely.
