Review of Parasites (2016) by Silvia S — 12 Nov 2017
I totally enjoyed this movie for some many different reasons. It moves and when I mean it moves it is fast. The music is fantastic and generally I would say stay away from that kind of music as it's really hard to catch all the emotional anchor points and covers the movie with an umbrella of music however they nailed it.
The acting is superb. The only issue I may have had is that connecting and feeling for the character is hard and that most likely is due to the storyline. One of the stand out performances is by Robert Miano, Joseph Pilato and newcomers Sean Samuels and Silvia Spross.
Very impressed especially considering this is an Indie Film on one of those micro budgets. The location is great too and unfortunately getting gentrified so I believe we won't see anymore movies taking place under the 6th Street bridge.
Who knows this movie might turn into a cult classic at some point.
