Review of Lincoln (2012) by Kent R — 09 Nov 2013
A finely tuned, brilliantly executed historical drama and a grand approach to the story of Lincoln's final days before the end of the war. The acting is all around excellent, and Daniel Day Lewis's performance was more than deserving of an academy award, and the character was presented in a way that the pure, intelligent, seemingly invulnerable Abraham Lincoln was also a human.
Lincoln is simply amazing.
