If L'Avventura and Le Notte stll retain at least some resemblance to structure, here, it seems that Antonioni finally decided to blow everything out of the water. The result is rather disconcerting; I can't penetrate some of the scenes, what they mean at all.
But again, who care? This is exactly where his power lies.
