Review of Ivanhoe (1952) by Scott R — 16 May 2015
Traditional knight's tale of Ivanhoe coming back from the crusades to find England in a much different state. It's fun but certainly predictable.
There is the interesting aspect that Jews and Christians mingling was off limits back then. This was reconciled through different parts of the movie showing racism in a bad light.
