This is one weird-ass movie, with the most disturbing sex scene I have ever seen. Not necessarily bad but not too good either. Comparisons to 2001 are inevitable, and sadly Proteus is no HAL. Interesting in a new flesh kind of way, recommended for Cronenberg fans and computer geeks.
