Review of Dark Remains (2005) by Lee ? — 10 Jun 2011
Quite a scary little film this surprisingly. The story may be weak and the lead actors lack a little enthusiasm, but there are a couple of really scary moments in this. The ghosts look creepy as hell and are used effectively throughout the film to get the heart-racing and spine-tingling.
The setting of the film in a cabin up in a mountain also generates an eerie atmosphere in itself. I don't gaurantee it'll scare everyone, but it worked for me and from what reviews I've read I'm not the only one.
