If you have only ever seen Depardieu in v. stilted-English speaking parts, see this movie and watch in awe as he dazzles you with his masterful performance. In fact, anyone who loves movies should see it.
The whole film is epic, looks gorgeous, sounds gorgeous, going through the whole gamut of emotions from despair, anger, insecurity, love, courage. Its everything you could want in a movie experience.c'est magnifique!
