One of the few films I will very passionately defend. It's pretty much perfection. The acting is so low key and wonderful and it's all so perfectly British. I would recommend it to any movie lover, no matter their tastes.
I'm not going to pretend there's something in there for everyone in that it crosses genres but it's so touching and moving and everyone ought to see it at least once.
