The movie's mostly pretty strange and that's why I like it. I mean why shouldn't Herzog tie documentary footage of space and sea exploration together with a fictional narrative?
Not that I'd recommend it to many people. It just moves too slow and makes too little literal sense for me to attempt such a thing and have people respect me.
