Review of The Tin Star (1957) by Erin G — 11 May 2008
I'm not a big fan of westerns in general, but there are a few I appreciate that have a little more to them than just gunfighting and barfighting. "The Tin Star" is one of them. Henry Fonda and Anthony Perkins both give good performances as the aging bounty hunter and the temporary sheriff, respectively.
The story is interesting and the script has humor, especially from Fonda. Overall, a good western.
