Review of The Piano Tuner of Earthquakes (2005) by Ashley M — 16 Jun 2007
At times, this seems more like something that would play in a 19th century curiosity cabinet instead of a modern movie theater. The odd, shadowy lighting gives the images the kind of glow seen in silent film.
What plot there is (scientist/inventor murders opera singer, then hires a piano tuner to help fully resurrect her) is pretty crazy, but it's a fascinating movie, nonethless.
